Trauma Bonding: The act in which a victim of domestic abuse goes back & forth with their decision to leave the abuser. The body & mind become addicted to wanting back the connection they once had with the abuser.

This happened to me during 2008-2012 relationship with my now ex, abusive boyfriend.
